A BOOK HIRE

The Book Hire Program of Highvale Secondary College is a distinctive aspect of the school. It was created in collaboration with the Council to cut down on the expense of purchasing texts. Every year, parents or guardians are required to contribute $220 which is used to cover the usage of text books throughout all year long.

Students are provided with these books by their teacher during the first few lessons. When the school year students are required to return the books.

In most school, students are expected to buy their text books through various book retailers. The cost is usually about $500 or more to VCE students.
