A BIT ABOUT US

Training for Fitness Image Personal Training started 4 years ago by Armstrong Lazenby. Armstrong has a long career as an athlete in speed skating, playing with his Australian team for four years. The chronic fatigue sparked his career short for Armstrong. Insufficient rest and a poor diet are the main reasons for his issues. This is why we insist on exercising and eating well. After he recovered from fatigue, He went on to compete in Australian Ninja Warrior.

The Fitness Image motivation comes from our amazing personal trainers. We recruit trainers with a great combination of experience and personality.
